We must have spoken to most agents in the area and, despite the tough market, Ive been surprised that they dont try harder - or work smarter. When we do get a call from one of them, it seems as if they haven't even read their own notes. Except inHouse. They have only called us a few times, but each time with an interesting proposition. Sometimes the house wasnt exactly to our brief but Steve (the boss - its a small agency, but all the better for it) had thought it through and had ideas about how we might be able to make it work.
