In house Sales and Lettings opened its doors in 2007, aiming to offer a fresh and enthusiastic approach to estate agency in Wallingford and the surrounding villages of OX10.
Founded and run by local resident Steve Puddifoot, who was previously a regional manager for both of the countries largest estate agents, In house is a fully independent estate agent, therefore free from corporate hierarchical constraint, they are able to focus on providing the standard of personal service required to deal with an increasingly complex property market.

With a strong commitment to customer care, personal communication and attention to detail, they conduct the sales and Letting of all types of properties. If required, they can organise your In house mortgage advice, In house solicitors, and In house home information packs, all from their prominent new sales office, situated along Castle St, Wallingford's main access route.

The In house office has been created with the help of local suppliers for local people, and only uses local support services. In house strives to combine traditional values with a very modern approach.
